posted on 4:31 am on 4/14/10I cannot believe that the first rapper that you guys are gonna put out is KANYE WEST!!! And I say that with the utmost disgust!!! You’ve had me as a fan since 2006 when I first learned about these CDs (I wasn’t even pregnant yet-my daughter wasn’t born ’til ‘08), but I have to say that this was so completely disappointing that it made my stomach churn. And like Debra, it has nothing to do with the genre. It’s just that Kanye is a…well, my mama taught me that if you can’t say anything nice about someone, don’t say anything at all! I will say kudos to the Starbucks compilation, though.

posted on 2:12 pm on 4/14/10I’m not a huge fan of Kanye but I think that this will be a huge hit. I actually think that he’s a good pick because he kind of walks the line between hip hop and rock so it can maybe be a compromise for fans of each genre. This clip is super cute!!
