It’s National Photography Month!

I remember reading about a study that revealed looking at images of babies had a strong calming affect on participants. With this in mind, and because we’re about rocking babies gently, my photo contribution to commemorate this holiday is actually this photo my husband took of 10-month old Xiao Liwu with his mom when we visited the San Diego Zoo earlier this month.

Can you imagine if this were my 1-year-old rolling around on a 10-foot-high platform with me precariously hanging off branches watching her like that? No one would be lining up for an hour to see that.
