What shipping methods do you offer?

Currently all orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service.

All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. On international orders, please allow for 2-4 weeks before delivery of all parcels. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It usually takes between 7-10 business days for your shipment to arrive.

Can I order from the UK?

Yes! You can visit our UK store at, www.rockabyebabymusic.co.uk, where all orders ship quickly from our UK shipping facility.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please note: international shipments may incur additional customs fees (not included in our freight quotes). These fees vary based on destination and are solely the responsibility of the customer.

I haven't received my order! Who can I contact?

Are my transactions secure?

All credit card transactions are handled through CyberSource, Bank of America's secure online checkout system. We never store credit card information, and no third party will ever have access to your personal information or credit card numbers.

I received the wrong CD, or I received a duplicate order! What now?

MP3 Album Download Instructions and FAQ

Instructions for Downloading Your MP3 Album

  • Sign In to your account
  • Choose the album you wish to purchase and add the MP3 album to your cart
  • Complete the checkout process and submit your payment
  • Go to Your Account
  • Click My Downloads to view your purchased MP3 albums
  • Click the Download button next to the MP3 album you wish to download
  • Unpack the MP3s from the .zip file
  • Enjoy your MP3 album on your favorite compatible device!

I just purchased my MP3 album. Now what?

Once you’ve logged in to your account, you can access all your purchased MP3 albums under the My Downloads section of your account.

How many times can I download my purchased MP3 albums? Will they ever expire?

All purchased MP3 albums will never expire and can be downloaded as many times as you wish.

How are the files delivered?

All albums are delivered as a compressed .zip file containing CD quality MP3s (320kbps) and album artwork.

I've finished downloading my MP3 album. Where are my files located?

Your file(s) will be located within your computer’s default download folder.

Are there any restrictions on using my MP3 albums on my phone, tablet or computer?

All Rockabye Baby! MP3 albums are DRM-free and can be used with any player on any device that can read the MP3 file format.

"DRM-free"? What does that mean?

Digital Rights Management (DRM) commonly refers to software that is designed to control or limit how a file can be played, copied, downloaded, shared or accessed.

"DRM-free" means that the MP3 albums you purchase from rockabyebabymusic.com do not contain any software that will restrict their usage in any way.

How do I use my MP3 albums on my mobile device?

We recommend using a personal computer to download and unpack the .zip file(s). Once you have unpacked the MP3s from your .zip file onto your personal computer, you may transfer the MP3 files onto any device including your phone, MP3 player or tablet for playback.

What about a mobile device which uses iOS, such as an iPhone or iPad?

Due to the downloading limitations of iOS, you cannot download directly to an iPhone or iPad, and you must take the first step of downloading and unpacking the .zip file onto your personal computer. You can then transfer the unpacked MP3s onto any device including your phone, MP3 player or tablet for playback.

Do I need a rockabyebabymusic.com account to purchase an MP3 album?

Yes. All digital purchases are delivered to My Downloads within your account. Simply click on Your Account at the top of the website. From there you can “Sign in” to your account or you can “Sign up” and provide a few details to register your account before purchasing.

Can I purchase MP3 albums as a gift for a friend?

At this time MP3 albums are only available to the account they were purchased with. As such, we are unable to transfer purchases between accounts. However, please take a look at our Digital Download Card Gift Package for giving the gift of Rockabye Baby!

I’d like to be able to receive a FLAC version instead of an MP3.

Due to file size constraints we only offer high quality MP3s at 320kbps.

My files aren't downloading! What do I do?
