Mango De La Playa (Spanish)
Para bebés de 6 meses o más Rinde: 40 cucharadas
INGREDIENTES:
- 1/4 de taza de arroz blanco
- 3/4 de taza de agua

INSTRUCCIONES:

DIRECTIONS:
- Grind rice in a blender or spice grinder to a fine powder. Place in a small saucepan and stir in water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to a simmer and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes until thickened and soft. Let cool.
- Transfer cooled rice to blender. Add thawed mangos, banana, and ground ginger. Purée until smooth (thin with water, if necessary).
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

Bananas With Luv (English)
For Babies 6 Months & Up Yields approximately 20 tablespoons
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup rolled millet
- 1 medium pear, peeled, cored and diced
- 3/4 cup water or formula
- 1 small pinch ground nutmeg (optional)
- 2 small ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
DIRECTIONS:
- Grind millet in a clean coffee/spice grinder or blender to a fine powder. Add powder to small saucepan and stir in pears, water (or formula) and nutmeg. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes until cereal has thickened and pears are falling apart.
- Transfer to a blender, add bananas and purée. Push through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother consistency, if desired. Set aside to cool.
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

Pumpkin Eyes
For Babies 6 Months & Up Yields approximately 32 tablespoons
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small cooking pumpkin (sweet pie) or butternut squash, peeled, seeds removed and diced
- 1 pear (preferably Bosc), peeled, cored and diced
- 1/4 cup pearl barley
- 1 cup water or pure organic apple juice
(no added sugar or additives) - 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground ginger (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Place diced pumpkin in a pan with a steamer basket. Add enough water so that it is just below the bottom of the steamer basket. Steam until very tender for about 15 minutes.
- Place diced pear in a small pan. Grind barley in a clean spice grinder or blender to a fine powder. Add to pan and stir in water and spices.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes until barley is cooked and pear is falling apart.
- Transfer cooked pumpkin and pear/oat mixture to a blender or food processor. Purée until smooth. Thin with water from steaming to desired consistency. Set aside to cool.
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup uncooked oats
- 1 cup water or formula
- 8oz fresh or frozen peach slices, thawed
- 1/2 pinch ground ginger (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Grind oats in a blender to a fine powder. Place in a small saucepan and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to a simmer and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 to 12 minutes or until thickened and soft to the tongue.
- Transfer mixture to blender and purée until smooth (thin with water or formula, if necessary).
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

Wu-Tang Clan Oat Nuthing ta Fig Wit
For Babies 6 Months & Up Yields 48 Tablespoons
INGREDIENTS:
- Dried Mission figs - 8oz
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats - 2oz
- 1 small apple - 4oz
- 2 cups water
- Cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Chop figs, removing any bits of stem from the ends.
- Add oatmeal and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add chopped figs, reduce to simmer, cover and cook 5 minutes.
- Peel and chop apple. Add to fig and oatmeal, stir, and simmer additional 5 minutes.
- Pour mixture into a blender or food processor and add cinnamon (optional). Blend until smooth, adding liquid as needed.
- For storage, divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag.

Pear-fect
For Babies 6 Months & Up Yields 36 Tablespoons
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ripe Bartlett pears - 10oz
- 1/2 cup rolled oatmeal - 3oz 4 dried apricots
- 1oz * Pinch cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan, then reduce to simmer.
- Chop apricots into 1/2" pieces and add to simmering saucepan. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
- Add oatmeal to saucepan. Stir and continue to cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
- Peel, core and cut pears into small chunks. Add to a blender with cooked apricot oatmeal and cinnamon (optional). Purée until smooth, adding water if needed.
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

Bidi Bidi Batata
For Babies 6 Months & Up Yields 48 Tablespoons
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large sweet potato (16 oz)
- 2 medium carrots (6 oz)
- Water
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel and cut sweet potato and carrots into 1/2 inch cubes. Add to a medium pot and cover with water.
- Bring the water to a boil then reduce to simmer and cover. Simmer sweet potato and carrots for 10-15 minutes until soft.
- Remove sweet potato and carrots from pot and place into blender with cinnamon (optional). Purée, adding cooking liquid from pot for desired consistency.
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

Ginger and Juice
For Babies 6 Months & Up Yields 26 Tablespoons
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 medium carrots - 8oz
- 1 medium orange - 6oz 1 knob fresh ginger
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel and slice carrots and ginger into 1/4" rounds and place in a steamer basket over gently boiling water. Cover and steam 15-20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
- Halve and juice the orange. Should yield approximately 3-4oz juice. Remove ginger slices from steamed carrots. Place carrots and juice in a blender and purée until smooth.
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

Swish Squash
For Babies 6 Months & Up Yields 36 Tablespoons
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 15oz can 100% pure pumpkin puree
- 1 medium sweet potato/yam - 7 to 8oz
- 1 pinch pumpkin pie spice (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Trim ends of sweet potato and pierce with a fork a few times all over. Place flat in a pan with 1" water and cover. Gently boil for 20 to 25 minutes until fork can be easily inserted. Allow to cool completely. Peel and cut the sweet potato into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Add pumpkin puree, cooked sweet potato, and spice (optional) to blender, adding cooking liquid as needed.
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

Whatever it Dates
For Babies 6 Months & Up Yields 30 Tablespoons
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup hominy grits (1.5 oz)
- 3 medjool dates (1.5 oz) 1 1/4 cups water
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine hominy and water in a small pan and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes on low, stirring every 1-2 minutes.
- Remove pits and finely chop dates and add to blender.
- Add cooked grits and cinnamon (optional) to blender and purée until smooth, adding water as needed.
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

Carrot-sene
For Babies 6 Months & Up. Yields 38 Tablespoons.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large carrots - 8 oz
- 1/3 cup raisins - 2 oz
- 1/2 cup oatmeal - 2 oz
- Pinch cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel and chop the carrots into half inch pieces. Add carrots and 2 cups of water to a pan, cover and bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes.
- Add raisins to the pan, cover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Uncover the pan and cook until the raisins are plump, additional 5 to 10 minutes.
- Grind oatmeal in a blender or food processor to a fine powder, then add oatmeal to pan and stir quickly until oatmeal has absorbed water.
- Pour mixture into a blender or food processor and add cinnamon. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed.
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

Hot Lima Bling

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup (5 oz) frozen lima beans
- 1 medium apple (4 oz)
- 1/2 a medium avocado (2 oz)
DIRECTIONS:
- Add lima beans to a small saucepan with just enough water to cover.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Peel and chop the apple and avocado and add to a blender.
- Add the lima beans to blender with some of the cooking liquid.
- Blend until smooth, adding liquid as needed.
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

Million Raisins
For Babies 6 Months & Up Yields 22 Tablespoons
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup organic raisins

- 1 pinch cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 cup oatmeal, finely ground
DIRECTIONS:
- Add raisins, water, and cinnamon (optional) to a small pan and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer covered on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes until raisins are plump and completely soft.
- Stir in oatmeal and cook uncovered additional 5 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring frequently.
- Add to a blender or baby food processor and puree until smooth, adding water as needed.
- Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

Cry Me Some Carrots
For babies 6 months and up. Yields 32 tablespoons.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag (16 oz.) peeled baby carrots
- 1/2 Golden Delicious or Gala apple, peeled and diced
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Place carrots in a pan with a steamer basket. Add enough water so that it just comes to the bottom of the basket. Bring to a slow boil, cover and steam for 5 minutes.
- Add diced apple and steam for 10 minutes more.
- Transfer to a blender and reserve the steaming liquid. Add cinnamon (optional) and 1/2 cup of reserved liquid; purée until smooth and desired consistency. Add more liquid if necessary.
- Cool to room temperature. Divide into ice cube trays, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. When frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for storage.

- Transfer to a blender, add bananas and purée. Push through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother consistency, if desired. Set aside to cool.
