Giveaway: George Harrison’s Birthday + Matching Quiz

As you all know, (well, maybe you don't but you will now!) I am a HUGE George Harrison fan. He's been my favorite Beatle since I was a kid, and he'll very likely remain my favorite for a very long time . . .

George would be celebrating his 71st birthday today. Actually, it's a little known fact/rumor that George was born just a few minutes before midnight on February 24. For the majority of his life, he celebrated his birthday on February 25 but after uncovering the news in family records, he switched to celebrating on the 24th. The rumor has been debunked and re-bunked time and time again but for now we'll just stick to celebrating his birthday on February 25. And what's celebrating without a few gifts?!

    George was always my favorite Beatle. When I was expecting my first son and his due date was February 25 I wanted to name him George Harrison, but the fact that my last name is Bush put a damper on that. He still remains one of my favorite musicians though!

    Happy Birthday George! After 54 years of The Beatles, my dad stills enjoys the songs, and then I enjoy them, and lately my 11 months old son enjoys thier lullabies! The generations of great music!
